Excellent! We've tried 2 other Durian cakes which fell short. One was even a little bitter but the sweetness is necessary as long as it's well rounded. This is the most steep in terms of pricing but I'd still consider it for special occasions. I usually don't take sugar, I've only used liquid stevia for about 10 years now so it's definitely a compliment.

The cookies is the bomb. I do not know what magic you put into them but theres a really nice aromatic flavor after the second bite. Maybe is the butter you used?

Truly it's scrumptious ! I thought it will be very sweet but actually it's not at all. I thought I'm eating real durian when I ate the cake, and just I thought the durian only on the top of the cake, then found out it also have durian in middle. It really suprised me. Overall it's very creamy and nice ! <3

Crunchy!! I like the taste... Sugar level just perfect. Many bakers reduced quantity of the sugar... The cookies cannot last long
